About you: Proven experience in project coordination or administration, ideally within a technical or construction environment Excellent IT skills, especially with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Strong organisational and time management abilities Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask effectively under tight deadlines A proactive attitude with a keen eye for detail Relevant administration qualification or a minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role What you'll do: Coordinate project activities to ensure timely delivery Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to facilitate smooth operations Manage project documentation and update progress reports regularly Schedule meetings and maintain project calendars Assist in maintaining compliance and health & safety standards Support general office administration to keep the project team organised and efficient For further information on this job, apply via the link or contact the VANRATH office for a confidential chat today.
