We are seeking compassionate and reliable Domiciliary Care Assistants to support clients within the Alton (GU34) and Bordon (GU35) areas.

About the Role As a Community Care Assistant, you will provide high-quality care and support to individuals within their own homes, helping them maintain independence, dignity, and wellbeing.
Duties Include: Personal care and hygiene support
Medication assistance
Meal preparation
Companionship and emotional support
Light household duties
Supporting mobility and daily living activities
Promoting independence and safeguarding wellbeing
