About you
- Proven experience in construction, with a strong background in groundworks, civils, and new-build projects
- Hands-on approach with excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple trades, subcontractors, and project schedules
- Strong understanding of health and safety standards, holding SSSTS or SMSTS certification
- Effective communicator, organised, and proactive
- Willing to travel across Northern Ireland
What you'll do
- Lead daily site activities, overseeing groundworks, civils, and new build operations
- Supervise trades, subcontractors, and ensure high standards of workmanship
- Coordinate project sequences to keep activities on schedule, resolving issues swiftly
- Maintain full compliance with health & safety legislation, RAMS, and site procedures
- Collaborate with clients, project teams, and design professionals to ensure seamless project delivery
- Monitor site productivity, quality, and ensure project milestones are met from start to finish
