SEN Teaching Assistant

SEN Teaching Assistant - Salisbury Prospero Teaching is looking for a patient, enthusiastic, and reliable SEN Teaching Assistant to support pupils in the Salisbury area. This long‑term role involves working with students who have additional needs, including autism, ADHD, learning difficulties, communication needs, and social or emotional challenges. You will provide consistent, tailored support to help pupils engage with learning, develop confidence, and feel safe and supported throughout the school day. This is a rewarding opportunity for someone who is passionate about supporting children with additional needs and making a real difference in their education. This role is well suited to candidates with backgrounds in SEN, care, support roles, youth work, or graduates seeking hands‑on experience in education, psychology, or child‑focused careers.
