As a Team Leader in the assembly department, you will oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency and quality standards are met. Description Supporting in mechanical and electrical assembly Helping management implement staff movements in case of vacations, illnesses or shifting priorities. Reinforcing focus on volume, efficiency, and on-time delivery. Assisting management and the team in allocating, coordinating, and overseeing workload execution within production during the shift. Serving as a leader to oversee cooperation and the resolution of technical/quality problems and logistic issues.
