Production Operative - Afternoon Shift (2pm-10pm) £16.64 per hour | Temp-to-Perm | Immediate Start Recruiting on behalf of my client I'm recruiting for a fantastic manufacturing business with a great atmosphere and supportive team. This is a hands‑on production role with real opportunities to grow within the company. The Role Operating production machinery Assembling and handling components with care Completing detailed quality checks Finishing/trimming parts using small hand tools Keeping work areas clean and tidy (industrial environment) Following all health & safety procedures Recording production activity and reporting defects About You Good attention to detail Happy working in a factory or production environment Able to follow written instructions Reliable, safety‑aware, and comfortable working independently A background within blending could be advantageous Previous production or factory experience is beneficial What You Get £16.64 per hour 2pm-10pm fixed shift Supportive company with excellent culture Training and progression available Temp-to-perm after a successful trial Adecco acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and an employment business for the supply of temporary workers.
