Logistics & Stores Coordinator Bristol Full-time | Permanent Salary >£30k DOE + generous holiday entitlement + pension (including salary sacrifice), cycle to work and EV scheme, Simple Health Level 3 About the Role We’re looking for a Logistics & Stores Coordinator to join a busy production environment, playing a key role in ensuring products are packed, checked, and dispatched accurately and on time. This is a hands-on position that combines dispatch operations, logistics coordination, and quality checks, supporting the business in achieving On Time In Full (OTIF) delivery targets. You’ll be responsible for making sure everything leaving site is correct, compliant, and customer-ready. Why Apply * Opportunity to step into a coordinator-level role with real responsibility * Be part of a collaborative production environment * Varied role combining hands-on work and coordination * Chance to contribute to process improvements and operational efficiency What You’ll Be Doing * Coordinating transport and shipments to customers and suppliers * Packing products in line with customer and company requirements * Ensuring all items are correctly labelled and documented * Preparing dispatch and shipping documentation (including export paperwork where required) * Carrying out visual inspections for quality, damage, and correct labelling * Working closely with production, scheduling, and suppliers to meet delivery deadlines * Maintaining accurate records and traceability of goods * Supporting continuous improvement and helping to streamline processes * Assisting with goods inwards when required What We’re Looking For * Previous experience in a dispatch, warehouse, or logistics role within manufacturing or engineering * Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy * Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office and stock/ERP/MRP systems * Experience preparing dispatch or shipping documentation * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage priorities * Strong communication skills and a team-focused approach * Understanding of quality checks and inspection processes Desirable * FLT licence * Driving licence To apply, please submit a copy of your up-to-date CV clearly indicating your relevant experience.
