Stainton Court provides supported living services that empower people to live independently and feel respected and included within their community. What We Are Looking For Leadership Excellence:Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide, empower, and motivate your team to achieve their best. Experience: Previous experience in a similar role, delivering high-quality health or social care to adults with learning disabilities. Communication: Exceptional communication skills to build respectful and positive relationships with a wide range of individuals.As a Scheme Manager, you will: Lead and collaborate with a committed team, offering guidance and compassionate support to individuals with learning disabilities. Oversee the service rota, ensuring consistent cover for all shifts, including weekends when required.
