Scheme Manager

Salary: £34,320
Are you passionate about creating opportunities for individuals with learning disabilities to live fulfilling lives? Hightown Housing Association have an exciting opportunity for a dedicated and inspiring Scheme Manager to join us at Stainton Court.
Stainton Court provides supported living services that empower people to live independently and feel respected and included within their community.
What We Are Looking For
Leadership Excellence:Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide, empower, and motivate your team to achieve their best.
Experience: Previous experience in a similar role, delivering high-quality health or social care to adults with learning disabilities.
Communication: Exceptional communication skills to build respectful and positive relationships with a wide range of individuals.As a Scheme Manager, you will:
Lead and collaborate with a committed team, offering guidance and compassionate support to individuals with learning disabilities.
Oversee the service rota, ensuring consistent cover for all shifts, including weekends when required.
Manage recruitment and induction of new staff, fostering an inclusive and supportive working environment where everyone feels valued.Why Join Us?

£34,320 per annum for a 37.5 hour per week contract.
33 days annual leave per year (including bank holidays), rising to 35 days with service. (Pro Rata)
