Are you a Registered Manager who is ready for more than just maintaining the status quo? Do you want to be part of building something from the ground up?
Our client is commissioning a new supported living service for adults with learning disabilities in Leicester, and they are looking for the right person to lead it. This is a rare chance to shape a service from day one, your model, your culture, your team.
The Role
You will register with CQC, build and lead your staff team, and establish the standards that will define this service. You will have the full backing of an experienced senior leadership team, without being micromanaged.
What We Need
* An active or recent registration with CQC as a Registered Manager
* Experience supporting adults with learning disabilities
* The confidence to make decisions and the drive to build something you are proud of
* A leader who puts the people they support at the centre of everything
