We are looking for an ambitious and commercially minded solicitor to join our highly regarded Catastrophic Injury team. This is an opportunity to handle complex, high-value claims, support clients through some of the most challenging periods of their lives, and play a key role in the growth of a successful practice. What You will Do Lead a caseload of complex catastrophic injury claims. Deliver exceptional client care, combining legal expertise with empathy and compassion. Conduct litigation, negotiate settlements, and collaborate with leading counsel and medical experts. Mentor and support junior team members, helping them develop and succeed. Build strong relationships with referrers, insurers, and key stakeholders. Contribute to business development, networking, and raising the profile of the team. What We are Looking For An experienced solicitor with a strong track record in serious or catastrophic injury work. A confident communicator and skilled negotiator. Commercially aware with a client-first mindset. Proactive, driven, and able to manage competing priorities. Passionate about delivering outstanding results and exceptional client service.
