Managing Quantity Surveyor

Pinnacle are looking for a Managing Quantity Surveyor for new highways scheme in Wolverhampton, where you will take it from pre construction through to delivery. You will play a pivotal role in delivering a critical infrastructure project from start to finish on a highways project. Duties * Lead and manage all commercial aspects of the project * Oversee subcontractor procurement, negotiation, and management * Ensure accurate valuations, variations, and final accounts. * Provide strategic input on risk management and value engineering. * Collaborate closely with project teams. Person Specification * Proven experience as a Senior or Managing Quantity Surveyor within civil engineering or infrastructure projects, ideally on Highways * Strong knowledge of NEC contracts and commercial management principles. * Excellent negotiation, analytical, and communication skills. * Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent qualification.
