About the role

Responsibilities

  • Full responsibility for all areas of HR, both strategically and operationally, aligning HR policies, processes and procedures to the Group.
  • Ensure engagement, cultural development and organisational development activities.
  • Accountability for SHE related activities.
  • Lead key programmes and projects such as employee engagement survey, HRIS integration and change management, and provide coaching and development to senior leaders.
  • Lead and manage a team of HR professionals.

Qualifications

  • Senior HR level Head or Director experience with site HR based experience within supply chain/logistics, engineering/manufacturing, food production, FMCG or a similar environment.
  • Broad commercial and HR generalist experience with ability to work in a strategic and operational capacity.
  • Strong knowledge of IR and UK employment law.
  • Experience managing a team of HR professionals.

Location

The company is based within commuting distance of Cardiff and Newport; on‑site presence is required due to the nature of the business and workforce.
