Quantity Surveyor – Civil Engineering

Quantity Surveyor – Civil Engineering We are currently looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our growing team, working on a range of civil engineering projects based in Worcester. Key Responsibilities: * Managing project costs from inception through to completion * Preparing valuations, variations, and final accounts * Procurement of subcontractors and materials * Cost reporting and forecasting * Liaising with clients, site teams, and commercial management Requirements: * Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within civil engineering * Strong knowledge of contracts (NEC/JCT preferred) * Excellent commercial and negotiation skills * Ability to manage multiple projects effectively * Relevant qualification in Quantity Surveying or similar (preferred) Role Details: * Location: Worcester * Competitive salary (DOE) * Long-term opportunity with a strong pipeline of work This is a great opportunity to join a reputable company delivering high-quality civil engineering projects
