One of Bristol's leading Property Consultancies is actively recruiting a Chartered Building Surveyor.  THE COMPANY  The client is one of the leading Consultancies in the region with an office of 70 plus staff as well as other regional offices. They have a great reputation in the market and are working with some the UK’s largest clients. Projects are predominately in the Private sector with individual developments covering Hotel and Leisure, Industrial, Residential and Commercial. Values can range from small projects to large, multi-million pounddevelopments.  THE POSITION  They are actively looking to recruit a Chartered Building Surveyor to join their Bristol office. The successful candidate will be given the opportunity to join the established Building Surveying division for the wider group providing an excellent opportunity to report in at board level.
