A fast-growing organisation is seeking a highly organised and relationship-focused Client Account Manager to manage key client relationships and ensure a consistently high standard of service and delivery.
The successful candidate will act as the primary link between clients and internal teams, overseeing onboarding, ongoing support, communication, task coordination and retention.
This varied role requires strong relationship management, excellent organisation and the ability to identify and resolve issues before they escalate.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring all required tasks are completed and relationships are established from the outset.
* Manage client offboarding professionally and ensure all internal processes are completed accurately.
* Act as the primary point of contact
* Manage incoming client communications and coordinate requests with the appropriate internal teams.
* Hold regular client calls to maintain strong relationships
* Proactively identify potential concerns or service issues and work with internal teams to resolve them before they escalate.
* Lead regular internal meetings with department heads to review client feedback, successes and areas for improvement.
* Ensure tasks assigned to internal teams on behalf of clients are completed accurately and within agreed timescales.
* Support wider client wellbeing and development initiatives, including connecting clients with appropriate external professional services where required.
About You
* Strong relationship management and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and maintain professional client relationships.
* Excellent organisational and time-management skills
* A proactive problem-solving approach and confidence resolving issues before they escalate.
* Experience working in a fast-paced environment
* The ability to coordinate effectively across multiple departments
* Strong attention to detail
* A collaborative, positive and accountable approach to work.
