Senior Actuary – Balance Sheet Strategy Leader

Standard Life in the UK is hiring for a senior risk leader to oversee the Group’s balance sheets and financial risk framework. You will influence executive decisions, shape risk appetite and deliver clear, judgement-led insights for complex trade-offs between capital, liquidity and value.

The role requires extensive life-insurer experience, strong communication skills and the ability to lead Line 2 oversight with a strategic, business-facing mindset across UK GAAP, IFRS 17 and Solvency II.
