- £55,000 salary 5-10% performance bonus Private healthcare Flexible working hours Early finish Friday Senior leadership team position Operational autonomy across two facilities About the Role Vickerstock are working in partnership with a well-established engineering and manufacturing business in Antrim to recruit a Production Manager.

The role will oversee two specialist operational facilities located close to the company's main manufacturing site, including a modern powder coating operation alongside logistics, kitting and light assembly activities.

You will lead approximately 40 staff across both sites with the support of Production Supervisors and will take ownership for productivity, operational performance and on-time delivery.
