This is a rare opportunity to run a low occupancy, high-support home with strong therapeutic input and realistic staffing levels. 🏡 The Home * Solo provision – 1 young person * 2:1 staffing ratio plus management support * Team of 6 Residential/Senior Support Workers * Backed by a dedicated Therapeutic Psychologist * Focus on trauma-informed and therapeutic care 👤 The Role You will: * Lead and develop a stable, high-performing team * Create a safe, structured, and nurturing environment * Drive positive outcomes and prepare for Ofsted registration (if new) * Shape the culture and standards of the home from day one 🎯 We’re Open To: 1.
