NMP substance misuse Hertfordshire

Hays are looking for an experienced Independent Non-Medical Prescriber / NMP (Substance Misuse) to work in Hertfordshire.

Working hours are part-time, 22.5 hours per week, set 3 days between Monday-Friday (days flexible)
Working hours: 9am to 5pm.The contract is for 2 months but will be reviewed and potentially extended.Pay rate £52 PAYE or £58 umbrella (no limited companies)
In your role you will: Initiate prescribing of and/or make amendments to prescriptions of opiate and/or alcohol substitute treatments and other related medications.Take a lead role in developing the prescribing clinic, acting as a point of contact for other workers and partner agencies around prescribing issues.
Essential Qualifications and ExperienceCurrent NMC registrationPrevious experience in an NMP substance misuse role at a Drug Treatment service, Forensic, Prison or other similar backgroundStrong communication and teamwork skills.You must have a valid full driving licence and access to a car for home visits and to attend meetings in Hatfield. xwzovoh **Please note we do not offer sponsorships**
