Female Support Worker Location: Cheltenham

Pay rate: £15.00 per hour
Hours: 36 hours (3x shifts per week)
Shift patterns: 7.30 am- 19.30 pm, 19.30pm- 7.30 am
Paid travel expenses: 25p per mile/ public transport (bus/train only)
? Requirement: Full UK Driving Licence (essential youll enjoy trips out & driving the clients vehicle!)
Clear Enhanced DBS on DBS update service
Proven experience supporting individuals with severe challenging behaviour
Must be resilient, highly confident, and adaptable to change
Excellent communication skills
Were looking for highly confident, resilient Female Support Worker to support a lady in her own home in Cheltenham. She lives with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, FND and Gastroparesis. She enjoys visiting local coffee shops, exploring vintage finds, getting creative, and spending time in the garden.
? What Youll Do Provide warm, person-centred care and emotional support
Encourage independence and wellbeing through daily routines and meaningful activities
Support with personal care, mobility, and health-related tasks
Promote positive engagement and help manage behaviours that can be challenging
Keep accurate records and work in line with care plans and CQC standards
