You will play a key role in developing the curriculum, monitoring progress, and ensuring high-quality teaching and learning across the subject. The ideal English Lead Teacher will hold QTS, have experience within an SEN setting, and demonstrate strong leadership skills. You will also need an enhanced DBS on the update service and a proven track record of raising attainment.
