We’re Hiring: Grounds Maintenance Operative (Temporary – Seasonal) 📍 Redditch area 💷 Competitive Pay We’re looking for experienced Grounds Maintenance Operatives to join a contractor working with public sector clients to maintain green spaces. You’ll be responsible for keeping lawns, bushes, shrubs, and pathways in top condition, ensuring safe and visually appealing environments. 🔧 What you’ll be doing: ✔️ Mowing, strimming, weeding, and cleaning as you go along your assigned route ✔️ Proactive maintenance of public green spaces across the local area ✔️ Weed control and other general grounds upkeep duties ✔️ Following health and safety procedures while working independently or as part of a small team 👷 What we’re looking for: • Full UK Driving Licence (essential) • Experience in grounds maintenance (preferred) • PA1 and PA6 spraying tickets 💼 What’s on offer: 💷 Temporary seasonal role starting soon 🚐 Company van provided for daily travel to site 🔒 Paid training opportunities for skill development 📈 Secure seasonal employment with a respected contractor 🤝 Opportunity to gain industry experience and upskill in grounds maintenance
