Role to be located in Skelmersdale Pay Rate: £13.30 p/h Hours: 4 on 4 off shift pattern - 7am - 7pm or 7pm - 7am. You will have experience in and be able to: Lead a team of up to 30 people Lead shift briefings and manage staff performance Oversee goods-in, storage, pick accuracy, and dispatch to guarantee 100% customer satisfaction Organise daily work plans and ensuring proper equipment availability for your shift Daily coordination with Transport, Stock Control and Admin teams This role may require other duties, so it would be beneficial if you were flexible and willing to learn new skills.

About you

You must have at least 12 months experience working in a similar role. You will possess strong leadership skills and have experience using Warehouse Management Systems and the Microsoft Office Suite. You will be a UK resident and will be able to travel to and from the site for your shift.
