Ideally you will have experience in one or more of the following, securitisation (private or public), debt capital markets, asset backed securities, receivables financing and/or asset-based lending. You will be working on complex, high-value structured finance transactions, both UK and cross-border for top-tier clients including UK clearing banks, European and investment banks, independent financiers, funders and corporate borrowers from listed companies to fast-growing SMEs.
