Town Planning Officer

DM Town Planning Officer London £27-33 p/hour   Job Ref - 66009   My client is looking to source a DM Town Planning Officer on an initial 6-month contract.   To be successful in applying for this role you will need experience of dealing with householder applications, certificates of lawfulness, small minors, and pre-app advice. You will need to have experience in a similar position and be motivated, technically knowledgeable, and have a strong customer service ethos. You will be required to have some knowledge and experience of working within a council planning team as you will be expected to hit the ground running.
