Product Manager (Saas - Healthcare)

Morgan McKinley is looking for an experienced Product Manager who has proven Saas experience and ideally have worked in the Healthcare - Medical sector. The Product Manager will support user requirements, understand customers and lead user engagement as well as monitoring customer feedback, build wireframes and user forums.

Salary: up to £75K dependent on experience

Product Manager duties:

• Own the product roadmap and backlog, translating customer insights and clinical workflows
• Visit customer sites to understand real workflows
• Establish product goals and maintain a clear, prioritised roadmap
• Plan, organise and facilitate user forums, both in person and online
• Contribute product expertise to demonstrations and customer discussions.
• Develop relationships with clinicians and an understanding of NHS stakeholders
• Work closely with or UI/UX designer to develop and validate workflows, prototypes and proposed solutions
• Maintain a clear record of feedback, decisions and follow-up actions

Skills and experience:

• Ideally have experience working in a similar role, product management for example, a SaaS provider supplying solutions to the NHS
