VAG Vehicle Technician Location: Ringwood Salary: £30,000 – £40,000 Basic | £45,000 – £50,000+ OTE Hours: Monday–Friday (no weekends) 🧾 The Role We are recruiting for an experienced Vehicle Technician with VAG (Volkswagen Audi Group) experience to join a busy and well-established dealership/workshop in Ringwood. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a respected brand group, offering strong earning potential, ongoing training, and a great work-life balance with no weekend working. 🔧 Key Responsibilities * Carry out servicing, maintenance, and repairs on VAG vehicles * Perform diagnostics and fault finding using manufacturer systems * Complete vehicle health checks (VHCs) and report findings * Ensure all work is completed to manufacturer standards * Accurately document work carried out * Work collaboratively with the workshop team ✅ Requirements * NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair * Proven experience working with VAG brands (VW, Audi, SEAT, Škoda) * Strong diagnostic skills (essential for higher salary bracket) * MOT Licence (desirable but not essential) * Full UK driving licence 💰 Package & Benefits * £30k–£40k basic depending on experience * £45k–£50k+ realistic OTE * Bonus / efficiency incentives * Manufacturer training (VAG-specific) * No weekend working (Monday–Friday only) * Pension & staff benefits 🚀 Progression * Diagnostic Technician * Master Technician * Workshop Controller
