Qualified Nursery Practitioner (Bank)

Role: Qualified Nursery Practitioner Location: Hythe, Hampshire Hours: Full-Time or Part-time Job Type: Temporary Are you a warm, enthusiastic and dedicated childcare professional? We are looking for Qualified Nursery Practitioners (Level 2, Level 3 or above) to work in nurseries across the new forest area of Hampshire. About the Role: As a Nursery Practitioner, you will play a key role in providing high-quality early years education and care. You'll help create a nurturing, stimulating environment where children can learn, grow, and thrive. Your passion, creativity, and commitment to exceptional childcare will shine through in everything you do. Key Responsibilities: Provide a safe, caring, and engaging environment for children aged 0-5 Plan, deliver, and evaluate age-appropriate activities in line with the EYFS Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues Observe and record children's development, contributing to their learning journeys Maintain high standards of safeguarding, health and safety, and hygiene Work collaboratively as part of a dynamic and supportive team We're Looking For: A minimum of Level 2 or 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent / higher) Paediatric First Aid Certificate (preferred) Strong understanding of the EYFS and child development A positive, caring attitude and excellent communication skills Reliability, professionalism, and a genuine passion for early years education Experience in a nursery setting What We Offer: Competitive rates Ongoing training and professional development opportunities Day to day supply, long-term and temp to perm opportunities How to Apply: If you're passionate about giving children the best start in life, we would love to hear from you!
