The setting adopts a highly trauma-informed and nurturing approach, creating a supportive environment where pupils feel safe, understood and ready to learn. The provision is looking to take on a SEND Primary Teacher on a permanent basis. The successful SEND Primary Teacher will be delivering a tailored curriculum to pupils with behavioural needs, supporting re-engagement with education and working closely with staff to plan next steps, including outreach support for pupils remaining in mainstream settings.
