About the role

Danny Sullivan Group is currently looking for an experienced Slinger / Signaller to join a major long-term project in ST Neots- PE19 area This is a fantastic opportunity offering long-term, secure work,for the right Slinger / Signaller. We are looking for reliable and experienced individuals who can work flexible shifts, including back shifts, and who have a proven work history within the construction industry. (PAYE Contract) Key Responsibilities as a Slinger / Signaller * Safely attach and secure loads to cranes and lifting equipment using appropriate lifting accessories * Direct and guide crane operators using approved hand signals and radio communication * Ensure all lifting operations are carried out safely and in accordance with site procedures and health & safety regulations * Check lifting gear and accessories before use to ensure they are suitable, certified, and in good condition * Maintain clear communication with crane operators, lift supervisors, and site teams during lifting operations * Assist with the safe movement and placement of materials across the construction site Requirements: * Valid Blue CPCS Card * Minimum 3 years relevant work history with references * Strong commitment to safety and teamwork Danny Sullivan Group is an equal opportunity employer committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace.
