1:1 Teaching Assistant / SEN Support AssistantSupporting a Child with Severe Emotional Anxiety | Term-Time Role(Also suitable for: SEN Teaching Assistant, Learning Support Assistant (LSA), 1:1 Support Assistant, Behaviour Support Assistant, Learning Support Worker)The RoleWe are seeking a calm, patient and emotionally attuned 1:1 Teaching Assistant to support a pupil with severe emotional anxiety on a one-to-one basis. The child has an Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP) and requires consistent, nurturing support to help them feel safe, regulated and able to access learning.This role is ideal for someone with experience supporting children with SEMH needs, emotional regulation difficulties or high anxiety.
