Transport Supervisor - temp-to-perm Location: Lutterworth–Daventry area Salary: £32,000 (depending on experience) Hours: Monday to Friday, 15:00 – 00:00 (No bank holidays) Role Overview We are looking for a PM Transport Supervisor to oversee transport operations, ensuring efficient fleet management, strong team coordination, and high levels of customer service. Key Responsibilities Manage and oversee the daily operation of the transport fleet Supervise and support the driver team Ensure handover of goods and loadout runs on time and efficiently Maintain high standards of customer service Monitor compliance with transport regulations and company procedures Act as a key point of contact for operational queries and issues Requirements Previous experience in a transport or logistics environment Strong team management and organisational skills Good communication and problem-solving abilities Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Basic What We Offer Competitive salary based on experience (£32k) Monday to Friday schedule (no bank holiday working) Supportive working environment
