Building Maintenance Assistant

TEMPORARY BUILDING MAINTENANCE ASSISTANT Start Date: ASAP | ⏳ Duration: 2–3 Months | Full Time (36.5 hrs/week, Mon–Fri) £13.45 per hour We are looking for a reliable and hands-on Temporary Building Maintenance Assistant to join our client's facilities team as soon as possible. About the Role: You will provide general assistance to the Building Services and Workshop Manager, working closely with the Building Maintenance Assistant and workshop technicians on a variety of manual building maintenance tasks. Duties include: Minor DIY tasks and general building works Fixing shelving and carrying out small refurbishments Modifications and basic decoration of office and communal spaces What We're Looking For Some building maintenance experience Basic electrical safety knowledge Familiarity with hand and basic power tools Conscientious, flexible, and able to work to deadlines Can-do attitude with good organisational and communication skills This is a great opportunity to work as part of a collaborative facilities team in a varied, hands-on role.
