Join Our Client as a Training Administrator – Support Their Growing Team!
Nottingham
£30,000 per annum
Are you highly organised with a keen eye for detail and a passion for compliance and systems management? We are working with a fantastic organisation to recruit a Training Administrator for a brand new, exciting role. This position offers a great opportunity to ensure all staff training records and qualification renewals are managed efficiently, without the need to physically deliver training. If you enjoy working in a professional office environment and have administrative experience, we would love to hear from you.
What You Will Need:
Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills
Strong administrative experience, particularly with managing paperwork and setting up systems
Ability to monitor and renew staff qualifications and training records
A proactive approach to keeping training and certification up to date
Good communication skills and the ability to work independentlyNice to Have Skills:
Previous experience supporting staff training or in a similar administrative role
Familiarity with training management software or databases
Experience working within a compliance-conscious environmentPreferred Education and Experience:
Prior experience in administration, ideally within training or HR support
This is a junior role, perfect for someone looking to develop their career in training administrationOther Requirements:
This role is fully office-based
No CIPD qualification required
