Construction Operations Manager

About you You will be a confident and commercially aware construction professional with the ability to lead several projects and teams simultaneously. The successful candidate will have: * Previous experience as an Operations Manager, Contracts Manager or Senior Project Manager. * A strong background working for a main contractor. * Experience overseeing multiple live construction projects. * Proven leadership and team-management ability. * Strong programme awareness and the ability to identify operational risks early. * A hands-on management style with regular site involvement. * Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills. * A practical and solutions-focused approach to project delivery. Desirable * SMSTS, CSCS or similar construction qualifications. * Experience delivering projects within live or occupied environments. Package * Salary of £75,000–£85,000, depending on experience. * Performance-related bonus. * Company car. * Private medical insurance. * 28 days’ annual leave, including bank holidays. * Permanent, full-time position.
