Maintenance Plumber Required Job Type: Contract (temp to perm) Start date: Immediate Industry: Maintenance Location: Wythenshawe Salary: £21 - £22 per hour (40 hours per week. £31.50p/h for anything over 40 hours) JOB DESCRIPTION: Maintenance Plumber required for a Facilities Management company to carry out planned and preventative maintenance on a large site in Wythenshawe. Our client is looking for an experienced and hardworking Plumber to join the team. This is a long-term, secure contract position with the opportunity to go permanent. Opportunities for progression are available. This role will involve working 8am - 4.30pm, Monday to Friday (40 hours per week). Daily responsibilities will include: Planned and preventative plumbing maintenance Repairing and replacing plumbing fixtures and fittings Diagnosing and rectifying plumbing faults Carrying out work safely and efficiently Building relationships with customers on siteRequirements for the role: NVQ Level 3 in Plumbing (or equivalent) Proven plumbing maintenance experience Multi-skilled maintenance experience (desirable) Knowledge of water systems, heating systems, and general building servicesOn offer is a competitive hourly rate of £21 - £22 per hour.
