Trainee Recruitment Consultant

The Person: * Great communication skills. * Confident, ambitious, motivated and resilient. * Desire to learn/pick things up. * Open to external training. The Role: * Sales (Phone / Email) - You will be expected to sell eventually, with full training from our operations team and external training. We will give you the tools to pick up business. * Sales (Face to Face) - Attending client visits with the management team. You will pick up skills of how to conduct a meeting, the open questions to ask and how to close a deal. * Admin - You will learn all things admin. Our CRM system, how to structure an email to both client and candidate. How to structure terms of business and all things temporary worker management. * Job boards - How to structure your adverts, advert and applicant management. How to search for candidates etc. * Candidates - Finding a good candidate, and the whole process of what type of question to ask to open up the dialogue. Finding opportunities for candidates and how to introduce a candidate to a client. If you're passionate about your career and your future we'd love to hear from you. Hours of work are 8am until 5pm Monday to Thursday with a 3pm finish on a Friday. We offer an uncapped bonus structure and you will join an experienced team.
