Accurately type and format documents, reports, and correspondence.
Ensure timely completion of typing assignments while maintaining high-quality standards.
Proofread and edit typed content for accuracy and consistency.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information at all times.
Organise and manage electronic and paper filing systems.
Collaborate with team members to support various administrative needs.
Assist in the preparation of presentations and other business materials.
Provide general administrative support as required.Profile
A successful Part Time Typist should have:
Strong typing and word processing skills with attention to detail.
Experience in producing professional documents efficiently.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Proficiency in using office software and tools.
Organisational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
