WAREHOUSE SUPERVISOR Location: Northampton Salary: £30,000 Hours of Work: Monday to Friday with an early finish to kick start your weekend Interaction Recruitment are working on behalf of our long-standing manufacturing partner in Northampton, and hiring for a Warehouse Supervisor. This is a fantastic historic company with a proud heritage in Northamptonshire. The Role As Warehouse Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a small, dedicated warehouse team to ensure the smooth, efficient and accurate flow of materials and finished goods throughout the production process. You will play a key role in supporting manufacturing operations, maintaining stock accuracy, and ensuring high standards of health & safety, organisation and productivity within the warehouse. Key Responsibilities Supervising and motivating a small team of warehouse operatives Coordinating daily warehouse activities to meet production and dispatch deadlines Operating a counterbalance forklift to move raw materials and finished footwear Ensuring accurate stock control, goods-in, picking, packing and despatch Liaising closely with production, planning and logistics teams Maintaining a safe, clean and well-organised warehouse environment Enforcing health & safety procedures and company standards Assisting with continuous improvement initiatives within the warehouse Skills & Experience Required Valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence (essential) Previous experience in a warehouse supervisory or senior warehouse role Background in manufacturing or production environments (desirable) Strong team leadership and communication skills Ability to prioritise workload and work to deadlines Good attention to detail and organisational skills A proactive, hands-on approach What’s On Offer Salary of £30,000 per annum Monday–Friday working hours Early Friday finish Stable, long-term opportunity with a respected heritage brand Supportive team environment Immediate or short-notice start available Please apply with your current cv if you are interested and have the required leadership experience.  For a further disucssion of your application, please contact Dan Pearce.
