About the role
As a Supply Teacher, you will step into a variety of classrooms, delivering engaging lessons, maintaining a positive learning environment, and supporting students in their academic progress.
What You'll Be Doing:
* Delivering pre-planned lessons to ensure students remain on track with their learning.
* Creating an engaging and supportive classroom atmosphere that fosters student participation.
* Managing behaviour effectively to maintain a productive learning environment.
* Collaborating with Lead Teachers, Assistant Teachers, and School Administrators to uphold school policies and student well-being.
* Supervising students not only in the classroom but also during break times and other school activities.
* Administering tests and assignments, ensuring that students' work is collected and organised efficiently.
* Utilising a range of teaching materials, including textbooks and digital resources, to enhance the learning experience.
