Strip Fitter

kolt recruitment are looking for a strip fitter to join a busy accident repair centre based in high wycombe. this is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced strip fitter to join a well-established bodyshop, working in a fast-paced environment on a variety of vehicles, ensuring repairs are carried out to the highest standards. key responsibilities: * strip and refit vehicles in line with manufacturer guidelines * remove and refit mechanical, electrical and trim components * identify any additional damage during strip down and report accordingly * ensure all parts are stored safely and correctly labelled * refit vehicles to a high standard, ensuring correct alignment and finish * work closely with the workshop team to maintain efficient workflow requirements: * previous experience as a strip fitter within an accident repair centre * strong knowledge of vehicle components and repair processes * good attention to detail and quality of work * ability to work both independently and as part of a team * full uk driving licence preferred if you are an experienced strip fitter looking for your next opportunity in high wycombe, we want to hear from you. kolt recruitment specialise in automotive recruitment across the uk
