Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Care Supervisor to manage care packages, oversee care workers, and ensure smooth delivery of care services. The role requires someone proactive, committed, and able to hit the ground running from day one.
Key Responsibilities
* Accept care packages, assign care workers, and create rotas
* Ensure care plans and care worker files are complete
* Monitor care worker attendance and visit timeliness using electronic systems
* Arrange care reviews and risk assessments with field supervisors
* Conduct telephone monitoring and service user visits to ensure quality
* Liaise with clients, local authorities, and stakeholders
* Manage and supervise care workers

Essential Skills & Experience
* Minimum one year’s experience as a care supervisor in a domiciliary care company/agency
* Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care (QCF)
Desirable Skills & Experience
* Familiarity with Care Planner or similar software
* Previous experience as a care worker
* Full UK driving licence
