Civils Project Manager

Aztec Landscapes are looking for a Project Manager role with the below attributes for an immediate start at our PC project in Bermondsey. This is a full time role, working in conjunction and unison with the current project team. The project runs to 2028 and there will be a continuation of work after this. * Highly experienced in Civils projects * Managing and overseeing – Piling, excavations, attenuation tanks, drainage systems, working around live services, temporary works and groundworks. * Ideally with landscaping knowledge * Experience with working in conjunction with Network Rail and Utility Providers * Experience with applications to the above parties to coordinate the works from start to finish * Experienced in coordinating sub-contractors, reviewing safe systems of works, RAMS and coordinating trades * SMSTS required * TWC Qualification required * Appointed Person would be preferential This is an immediate start for the right candidate, with longevity and commitment to the business
