Job Title: Digital Improvement Officer Location: Dorking Salary: Up to £37,000k Hours: Monday to Friday Days – 39 hours per week About the Role of Digital Improvement Officer: We are looking for a proactive and innovative Digital Improvement Officer to join my clients Continuous Improvement team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in driving digital transformation across operations. You will be responsible for identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, reducing reliance on manual processes, and delivering smart digital solutions that support business performance. Key Responsibilities of the Digital Improvement Officer: Design, build, and maintain automated workflows using Microsoft Power Automate Identify and implement digital improvements across operational processes Lead small to medium-sized digital projects from concept through to delivery Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to gather requirements and deliver solutions Support continuous improvement initiatives using digital tools Train and support users on newly developed systems and processes Assist in developing and maintaining the company’s digital roadmap Ensure all solutions comply with relevant ISO standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 50001) Deliver presentations and updates to internal stakeholders, including senior management Support the design of digital tools and workstations for operational teamsSkills & Experience Required: Experience using Microsoft Power Automate and SharePoint (site administration/development) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Good organisational and communication skills Basic project management experience Proficiency in Microsoft 365Qualifications (Desirable): Six Sigma certification (any level) Lean qualifications (e.g. Value Stream Mapping, SMED, Line Balancing) Microsoft certifications (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint)Benefits of working with this fantastic company: Profit Related Bonus scheme (based on 5% basic salary) 25 days holiday plus BH’s Personal Pension Scheme Life Assurance from day one = 5x basic salary Discount Shopping Portal Free Parking on site Ride to Work Scheme EAP Access to training Mental Health First AidersHow to Apply   Interested?
