Key Responsibilities * Manage contracts throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring compliance with terms and conditions. * Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors. * Provide commercial and legal guidance to project teams and clients. * Identify and mitigate contractual and commercial risks. * Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery and adherence to contractual obligations. * Maintain accurate records of contracts, amendments, and correspondence. * Monitor market and regulatory changes that may impact contractual arrangements. Skills & Experience * Proven experience as a Contract Manager, preferably within the construction or engineering sectors. * Strong understanding of contract law, commercial terms, and risk management. * Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills. * Ability to manage multiple contracts simultaneously and work under pressure. * Commercially aware, with the ability to provide practical solutions to contractual challenges. * Professional qualification or membership in a relevant body (desirable, e.g., RICS, CIOB).
