This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled welder looking for an immediate start. Job Role TIG welding on stainless steel, aluminium, and other metals Preparing and following cutting lists Finishing cut materials ready for welding Marking up materials accurately Carrying out quality control checks Key Responsibilities Set up and operate welding equipment Inspect welds for cracks, defects, and surface quality Work from and interpret technical drawings Ensure all work meets high-quality standards Requirements Proven TIG welding experience (stainless steel, aluminium, and metal) Ability to read and interpret technical drawings Strong attention to detail and quality Reliable and able to work independently or as part of a team Benefits of Working with The Best Connection Weekly pay - every Friday Online payslips Pension contribution Ongoing temporary assignment 28 days paid annual leave pro-rata for PAYE (inclusive of statutory holidays)The Best Connection is acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy
