Site Administrator

Site Administrator Job- Immediate Start Bigblue is working with a well-regarded contractor in the fit-out space who needs reliable site support for a 3-month contract. The role You’ll be based on site in Finsbury, supporting the design team and helping keep project documentation and communication running smoothly. This is a hands-on admin role where attention to detail really matters. Key responsibilities * Managing and maintaining project documents using Procore * Supporting the design team with admin tasks and coordination * Uploading drawings, RFIs and technical submissions * Keeping records accurate and up to date * General site administration as needed What we’re looking for * Previous experience as a Site Administrator or similar within construction or fit-out * Strong working knowledge of Procore is essential * Organised, proactive and able to manage your own workload * Good communication skills and confident working with site and design teams * Available to start ASAP What’s on offer * 3-month freelance contract * Day rate between £200 and £220 * Opportunity to work with a respected contractor on a live project * Immediate start If this sounds like a good fit, apply now or get in touch with the team at Bigblue to find out more.
