If you want to contribute to meaningful work and be part of an organization that truly believes when you win, we all win, and when you fail, we all learn, then we’re eager to hear from you.The achievers and courageous challenge-crushers we seek, have the following characteristics and skills:Capability Requirements:Capable of technically handling Stress analysis on development projects ensure compliance with aerospace industry standards, collaborate with cross-functional teams in requirements capture and execution, stay updated on emerging tools, technologies, designs and manufacturing methods.Seasoned problem solver, conduct analyses and contribute to innovating in New Product Introduction (NPI) programmes.Demonstratable experience in FEM analyses of:· Stress, strength, fatigue, damage tolerance/ fracture mechanics· Rotor dynamics· Development and test rig analysis and integration· Establishment of test rig analysis approach and taken concurrence from customer approval authority· Preparation and review of certification reports and design record book· Performing design and stress calculationsBe able to collaborate closely with cross functional teams and project management, aligning project objectives and progress. Solve day to day problems in design processes.
