Property Manager

Property Manager * Basic salary to £32,000. * Working from 8.30am to 6.00pm Monday to Friday and you must be prepared to work 1 Saturday per month where a day off the following week will be provided. * You should be working within Residential Property Management. * Primarily, the successful individual will be dealing with all maintenance based issues on a particular portfolio of fully managed properties. * Would consider non car driver. Property Manager * Managing maintenance issues reporting back to both the landlord and tenant. * Co-ordinating contractor diaries and ensuring reported maintenance issues are attended to and remedied in a timely fashion. * Obtain maintenance quotes where necessary. * Authorise invoices and utility bills. * Deal with all landlord and tenant correspondence. * Send out check out reports and negotiate deposit returns. * Deal with initial complaints at early stages, where appropriate and able. * Referral of sales leads. Property Manager * A problem solver and someone who can diagnose basic repairs so as not to waste time/ * Excellent telephone manner. * Good listening and communication skills. * Ability to problem solve and diffuse situations. * Professional approach to customer service. * Strong time management skills. * Working knowledge of Microsoft products, Word, Excel, Teams. * Can-do attitude.
