What we're looking for
We're seeking a talented and passionate Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our team at Marylebone. In this role, you'll work closely with the Jikoni team, Executive Chefs and directors, playing a pivotal role in building and leading our team at our Jikoni Marylebone. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll be able to engage with Jikoni's positive and purposeful values and also inspire, mentor and energise a bar/FOH team.
Emotional Skillset: You embody the qualities that define great hospitality: Kindness, Optimism, Self-Awareness, Curiosity, Integrity, and Empathy.
Experience: 2 years' experience as a Supervisor is preferred or any equivalent experience in a restaurant setting is welcome. If you meet most of the criteria and are excited about the role, we encourage you to apply.

Key responsibilities
Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient service on shift
Train and supervise front-of-house and kitchen staff
Respond to reviews and customer enquiries
Assist organisation of external events and private hires
Manage reservations
Ordering, taking stock and liaising with suppliers
Deliver excellent customer service and handle customer feedback or complaints
Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health & safety regulations
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and brand consistency
